I have recently simplified my fee schedule. At this point, all visits are $75 and will last an hour. This price includes acupuncture, cupping and any other kind of treatment that may take place. If you end up receiving herbs from me, they are $10 per week (with a few exceptions).
Acupuncture treatment may be covered by your health insurance policy. If you are hoping that your visits will be covered, please get in touch with your insurance company and verify that is the case. I am in network with American Specialty Health (Kaiser and HMSA use this in Hawaii) and HMAA. Please call your insurance company before you come in to see how many visits you get and what your copay is. If you have not called to clarify that your insurance covers acupuncture then plan to pay for treatment.
I am in the VA provider network- you can reference NPI number 1417044306 to help them find me. The phone number to call for an authorization is the general VA number, which is 866-606-8198. If you are having any trouble with this process, please let me know.
